Householders Comprehensive Insurance

This type of policy covers the contents of a private dwelling house against damage by fire and other extraneous perils as well as the risk of Burglary/Housebreaking. It also covers loss of Rent upto 10 of the total sum Insured on the policy. Compensation is also payable for death of the Insured caused by thieves in the premises or fire upto a certain limit etc.
