This will encompass offering financial advice to clients with a view to ensuring financial decisions are at tandem with established decision making principles.

Services that will be rendered will typically involve packaging clients SMEs to potential investors and/or financiers. This may include the following:

a. Due diligence and valuation to establish the current financial condition of the business;

b. Financial analysis and projections to establish the possiblities in the business especially if fresh capital is injected.
