Members of the firm have continued to pursue the goal of obtaining Bar admissions in multiple jurisdictions which has placed us in a unique position of proffering transactional advise to both local and foreign clients in several cross-border deals. We have worked particularly well in offering advice to several international firms on all aspects of Nigerian investment laws and regulatory environment.

We have been severally engaged in the negotiation of pre-incorporation contracts, the formation and structuring of corporate entities, shareholders agreements and Joint Venture structuring, Asset Sale, Acquisition and the transfer of stocks in cross border deals.

Between 2003 and 2004, we acted as Counsel for one of the foremost oil exploration companies in the purchase of a 40 interest in an oil block in Nigeria and were further involved in the assignment of the 40% interest in the oil block to the Petroleum Company of South Africa.

We have also acted severally for the Bureau of Public Enterprises on the structuring of public enterprises slated for privatization as part of the ongoing economic reforms in Nigeria.
