(i) Daily and periodic writing up the books of accounts. Clearing back log of arrears of periodic accounts with or without the client's staff and the training of the client's staff in the technicalities involved in providing up to date accounting and financial statements both statutory and management.

(ii) Periodic preparation of financial statements, together with relevant
schedules.

(iii) Designing and installation of financial accounting and cost accounting systems.

( iv) Valuation of business (assets and liabilities) for the purpose of acquisition, merger, or the issuing of prospectus etc.

( v) Accounts segmentation

* Cash book balance and Bank balance reconciliation.
* Customers' and Suppliers' accounts reconciliation.
* Physical stock taking and stock control.
* Assets registration and verification.
